Our shipping process has three stages of the shipping process consisting of receiving, processing, and fulfilling an order. Receiving and processing is approximately 3 days. Fulfilment can take up to 3 days. Most orders are shipped within 7 days, but the general shipping time is between 7 to 10 days.

Returns

Tickets

We sell tickets on behalf of Event Organisers. Should you wish to receive a refund due to an event being cancelled or any other matter. This must be resolved with the event Organisers directly.

Apparel

Techno-T is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you or your customer ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Techno-T offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “contact us” form and provide a detailed description and a clear photo/video showing the issue.

Note:

Refunds are issued to your account. You can withdraw this amount to transfer it back to the original payment method.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or colour, Techno-T will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are solely responsible for capturing the correct information before purchasing.
